The panEuropean SystemPlus cooperation has made its second Quality Award for Excellent Performance
Niederaula, June 2007 – "The feedback received from our customers and the development of the shipment volume are both clear indicators that our quality offensive begun in 2006 was a good move. We will therefore continue this strategy in a consequent manner,“ announced Karin Wolf, Managing Director of the panEuropean franchise system SystemPlus at the shareholders' meeting held on 19th June 2007 in Frankfurt, Germany.
The general high quality reflected within the system is one of the major competitive advantages enjoyed by SystemPlus, which was founded in 1991. The franchise system offers high-quality premium products for road-express-freight in Europe, as well as panEuropean distribution and procurement shipments in the B2B segment. Added-value logistics service like Europe-wide Tracking & Tracing, Recall Service, Time-Specified Deliveries and Cash-On-Delivery round off the service profile.
The great importance attached to quality within the system is also reflected in the annual conferment of the Quality Award. For the year 2006 the following franchisees were honoured within the framework of the shareholders' meeting:
1st place: SystemPlus Netherlands (Wim Bosman)
2nd place: SystemPlus Belgium (Wim Bosman)
3rd place: SystemPlus Austria (Systempo)
For excellent performance in the context of the PREMIUM PLUS 12 Service, the Belgium limited partner Wim Bosman also received a special award.
The winners were identified on the basis of the monthly quality data evolution. This collection and evaluation procedure makes use of a self-developed performance tool which registers continuous compliance with the set quality standards and identifies the potential for further optimization.
The core business of the SystemPlus franchise group, founded in 1991, embraces high-quality premium products for road-express-freight in Europe, as well as panEuropean distribution and procurement shipments in the B2B segment without any size or weight limitations. At present the network extends to 22 countries.
